Terms & Conditions for3rd Party service providers
1. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Medzo digital platform operated by Manogatam Company.
- “Service Provider” refers to third-party entities offering non-medical services (yoga, pharmacy, rehabilitation, wellness, diagnostics, etc.).
- “User/Customer” refers to individuals purchasing or accessing services.
- “Company” refers to Manogatam Company
2. Nature of Collaboration
- The Platform acts solely as a technology facilitator connecting users with service providers.
- Service Providers operate as independent businesses, not employees, partners, or agents of the Company.
- The Company does not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or effectiveness of services offered.
3. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Service Providers agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, pricing, and service descriptions.
- Ensure all staff are properly certified, licensed, or qualified as required by law.
- Deliver services professionally and ethically.
- Comply with all local regulations related to their industry.
- The Company is not responsible for verifying or validating these qualifications.
4. Data Sharing & Privacy
- Service Providers may share business data, service details, and operational information voluntarily.
- Manogatam will always try to keep the service providers as much as possible authentic with latest information and disclosure in the interest of customers
- The Company may store and process this data for:
- Listing services
- User engagement
- Platform operations
- Analytics and service improvement
- The Company is not liable for:
- Incorrect data submitted by providers
- Losses caused by incomplete or misleading information
- Service Providers must ensure that any user data they collect is handled according to applicable privacy laws.
5. Payments & Fees
- Service Providers agree to the pricing and commission structure
- All payments from users are processed through third-party payment gateways.
- The Company is not responsible for:
- Payment failures
- Gateway errors
- Chargebacks
- Refund disputes
- Delayed settlements
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the Company’s discretion and may be deducted from the provider’s payable balance.
6. Zero Liability of Manogatam Company
- The Company bears no legal, financial, or operational liability for:
- Service quality, safety, or outcomes
- Product authenticity (pharmacy, wellness products, supplements)
- Injuries, side effects, or damages arising from services
- Misconduct or negligence by the provider
- Delivery delays, cancellations, or service unavailability
- Disputes between users and providers
- Loss of data or technical issues on the provider’s side
- All risks and responsibilities lie solely with the Service Provider.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
- The Platform may use external tools for payments, communication, or logistics
- The Company is not liable for failures caused by these third-party systems.
8. Conduct & Compliance
- Service Providers must not:
- Misrepresent services
- Provide unsafe or illegal products
- Misuse user data
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices
- Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination
9. Termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or operational reasons.
- Providers may discontinue use with written notice.
- Termination carries no liability for the Company.
10. Amendments
- The Company may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Manogatam Company is registered.
