- “Patient/User” refers to individuals accessing healthcare services through the Platform.
- “Doctor/Service Provider” refers to independent licensed medical professionals offering consultations.
- “Company” refers to Manogatam Company
2. Nature and usage of the Platform
- The Medzo is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider.
- The Medzo is a simple to use healthcare service facilitation platform to expand genuine and right treatment to all people.
- This platform is to be used by patients residing only in India during the time of consultation
- All medical consultations, advice, prescriptions, and treatments are provided solely by independent doctors.
- The Platform does not guarantee medical outcomes, accuracy of advice, or suitability of services.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate personal and medical information.
- Users are responsible for verifying the suitability of the doctor they choose.
- Users must use the Platform in compliance with local laws and health regulations.
4. Data Sharing & Privacy
- Users may share personal, medical, and health-related data voluntarily.
- The Company may store and process this data for:
- Appointment scheduling
- Identity verification
- Service delivery
- Platform improvement
- The Company is not liable for:
- Incorrect data submitted by users
- Consequences of incomplete or misleading information
- Users consent to data processing by using the Platform.
5. Payments & Fees
- Users agree to pay consultation fees as displayed on the Platform.

- Miscommunication between users and doctors
- Health outcomes or complications
- Prescription misuse or misunderstanding
- Service delays, cancellations, or unavailability
- Loss of data, technical issues, or system downtime
- Payment disputes between users and doctors
- Users agree that all medical risks lie solely between the user and the doctor.
7. Third-Party Services
- The Platform may integrate third-party tools (payments, video calls, messaging).
- The Company is not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party providers.
8. User Conduct
- Users must not:
- Abuse or harass doctors or support staff
- Misuse prescriptions or medical advice
- Share false information
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform
- Violation may result in account suspension or termination and legal action if required.
9. Termination
- The Company may suspend or terminate user access for misuse or policy violations.
- Users may discontinue use at any time
